AIM Warrants España SA - Carlton Birtal Financial Advisory SL

The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has issued a warning that AIM Warrants España SA with registered office in Madrid and Carlton Birtal Financial Advisory SL with registered office in Barcelona are providing investment services without the required authorization. It also warned that AIM Warrants España may be operating in Spain under the following names: Alternative Investment Markets SL, Cap Mov Asesores Financieros SL andCapital Movimiento SL , with registered offices in Madrid. Finally, it warned that Carlton Birtal Financial Advisory SL may be operating in the UK, Sweden and Finland under the following names: Carlton Capital Management Ltd., Carlton Financial Advisory & Intermediary Services and Carlton Birtal Advisory Services SL, with registered offices in Barcelona.
