The Commission Bancaire et Financière of Belgium has issued a warning that Amtrade International Partners Inc. - with registered office in New York and Clearing Services, with registered office in Malaga, Spain, are offering to buy securities previously sold by Goodman Hart Associates and Morgan Paris with registered offices in Spain, without the required authorization.(In Consob Informa n. 25/2003 - 23 June 2003).
