Fong & Marcus Mergers and Acquisitions

The Swedish Finansinspektionen has warned that Fong & Marcus Mergers and Acquisitions, a company claiming to have its registered office in Hong Kong, is providing investment services without the required authorization. It further warned that Fong & Marcus refers to an inexistent entity: the International Stock and Asset Compliance Center in Miami.
