Hing & Foster Partners - European Private Equity Group

The Swedish Finansinspektionen has warned that Hing & Foster Partners, a company claiming to have its registered office in Singapore, is offering investment services without the required authorization.

It further warned that European Private Equity Group, claiming to have its registered office in Germany, is offering shares of a Swedish company denominated Ele Pharmaceuticals without the required authorization. There is no company registered in Sweden under the name of Ele Pharmaceuticals and the company's address, published on its own website elepharm.com, is false.
