Fixed rate participation certificates ISIN Code DE0008160896

The French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has issued a warning that a company established under German law and currently under investigation by the German authorities, is advertising and soliciting investors in an offering of "fixed rate participation certificates (bons de jouissance à revenu fixe)", with a fixed interest rate of 7.5 % and ISIN Code DE0008160896. The French authority further warned that the financial product attached to this ISIN Code does not correspond with any product traded on regulated markets and cannot be offered to the public.
