• Churchill Marketing and Advisory Services SL with registered office in Alicante and internet site www.churchillpersonalinvestments.com (Paul Stanfield);
• European Private Equity Consultants SL with registered office in Barcelona (Vikram Kashyap, Sidharth Chhabra, Harminder Singh Chhabra, Pankaj Chhabra and Herlinda Molina Junca).
