Baker & White - De Verre Lloyd & Co. Ltd

The Slovene Securities Market Agency has warned that Baker & White, with registered office in Hong Kong, and De Verre Lloyd & Co. Ltd, with offices in Japan, China and Malaysia, are providing investment services without the required authorization. On the basis of information it has received, the Slovenian financial authority further warned that Baker & White is not authorized to provide investment services in Hong Kong and De Verre Lloyd & Co. Ltd. is not authorized to provide investment services in Japan, China or Malaysia. A similar warning had already been issued with respect to Baker & White by the Danish financial supervisory authority, the Finanstilsynet (see Consob Informs 22/2004).
