AB "Penki akrai" Ltd. - First International Company "NGN" Inc.

The Lithuanian Securities Commission has revoked its authorization of the bond loans issued by AB "Penki akrai" Ltd., and subscribed for by First International Company "NGN" Inc., with registered office in New York. The measure was adopted following irregularities that came to light during the offering period.
