Anderson Goldberg SL - Baker & White - Novis Partners

The Austrian Finanzmarktaufsicht (FMA) has issued a warning that Anderson Goldberg SL, with offices in Hong Kong and Madrid, and Baker & White and Novis Partners , both with offices in Hong Kong, are providing investment services without the required authorization. The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) previously issued a similar warning in respect of Anderson Goldberg SL (see Consob Informs 24/2004). Warnings had also already been issued in respect of Baker & White by the Danish and Slovenian regulatory authorities, the Finanstilsynet and the Slovene Securities Market Agency (see Consob Informs 22/2004 and 25/2004).
