The Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (IFSA) has issued a warning that Professional Capital Management Pte Ltd., with registered office in Singapore, and Carlton Marsh Ltd., with registered offices in Brazil, Panama and Singapore, are providing investment services without the required authorization.
