The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores has warned that Anderson Goldberg sl, with registered office in Madrid, is providing investment services without the required authorization, (including via the Internet), and that Margaret Fitzgerald is linked to the company.

The Spanish regulatory authority further warned that International Equity Consultants sl, with registered office in Barcelona, is providing investment services without the required authorization; and that Messrs. Miguel Zamora Obiols, Steven Colin Tracey and Tristan Mancey are linked to the company.
