• Benson & Raymond Acquisitions, with registered office in San Francisco;
• Goldman Taylor Associates, with registered office in New York;
• Oakmont Financial Mergers, with registered office in New Port, RI;
• Nationwide Merger & Acquisitions, with registered office in Atlanta.
