Carrington Rothschild Capital - Akzenta SA

The French Authorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has warned that financial products are being offered without the required authorization by Carrington Rothschild Capital, with registered offices in Canada and the United States, and by Akzenta SA. Readers will recall that the unauthorized solicitation of investors in Italy by Akzenta AG was banned by Consob on 4 January 2005 (see Consob Informs 2/2005).
