The Spanish Comisiün Nacional del Mercado de Valores has warned that the companies Alexander Rothko and Associates Ltd., with registered office in Barcelona, and Esicamo SA, with registered office in Valencia, are providing investment services without the required authorization. In addition, Mr. Enrique Sastre Pérez-Cejuela, Mr. Carlos Rodríguez Marchese and Mrs. Susana Blanes Beneito are linked to Esicamo SA.
