CertiGroup, Swiss Invest Ltd., Laura Southwell

The Slovene Securities Market Agency has warned that CertiGroup, with addresses in the UK and in China, and Swiss Invest Ltd., with an address in Switzerland, are providing investment services without the required authorization.

It further warned that Swiss Invest Ltd., through its representative Laura Southwell, is sending e-mails in an attempt to attract individuals to search for new clients. The company and its representative have already been the subject of financial fraud warnings in various countries.
