The Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), the Greek supervisory authority, reports that Investment Solution ltd, with declared headquarters in Athens is offering investment services without the required authorisation, and that Swiss company Best Asset Class ag (BAC) is offering units of the funds Bac Mining South Africa Fund, Bac Solar, Bac Africa Natural Resources and Bac Hydrogen without the required authorisation.
