The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), the French supervisory authority, reports that Capital Management Foundation of North America, with declared headquarters in Oregon (USA), is offering investment services without the required authorisation. The company operates through Euro Capital Market Services, which also does not have the required authorisation to provide investment services in France.
