Finansinspektionen, the Swedish supervisory authority, reports that Partners & Ru Asset Management, with declared headquarters in Washington, Sumitomo International with declared headquarters in Tokyo, Midas International with declared offices in London, Dubai, Hong Kong and Sydney, and New York Capital Investment with declared headquarters in New York are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
