New Century Capital - Borsa Financial

The Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority, reports that New Century Capital with declared offices in Austria and the United Kingdom, and Borsa Financial (already reported by the Belgian authority – see "Consob Informs" 47/2009) are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
