Società Mediterranea spa

Pursuant to Article 99.1b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, Consob has prohibited the unauthorized public offering of shares and bonds of Società Mediterranea s.p.a., deriving respectively from a capital increase and a resolution to make a bond issue approved by the same company (Resolution no. 14848 of 23 December 2004). Consob had previously suspended the activity for 90 days as a precautionary measure in Resolution no. 14722 of 29 September 2004 (see Consob Informs 38/2004).
