Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Caserta

As a precautionary measure, Consob has suspended for 90 days, according to Art. 99, Clause 1, Letter a) of  Tuf (the so called Consolidated Law on Finance), the activity of promoting investment incentives having as subject matter the shares of the founding Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Caserta, put in being by the related promoting committee (Resolution No. 15661 of 5th December 2006).
