Boersenschmie.de AG

Pursuant to Article 99.1b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, Consob has prohibited the unauthorized public offering of shares of Boersenschmie.de AG by Wolfgang Amadeus Wenzel (Resolution 13734 of 4 September 2002).
