Attika Group plc - Envesta plc

Consob, acting on the basis of Article 102.3b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, has annulled the operation consisting in the public offer made in Italy by Dreamfarm SA for the exchange of shares of Attika Group plc for shares of Envesta Plc. It had previously suspended the offer for ninety days as a preventive measure (see "Consob Informs" 22/2003). (In Consob Informa n. 34/2003 - 8 September 2003).
