Consob has been advised that Swiss Direct, with registered office in Switzerland, is engaging in the solicitation of public savings in Italy. In order to protect investors, the Commission hereby declares that to the best of its knowledge this company has neither applied for nor been issued the prescribed authorizations (in Consob Informa n. 30/99 - 26 July 1999).
