Avatar s.p.a.

Pursuant to Article 99.1b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, Consob has prohibited the unauthorized public offering by Avatar s.p.a. of "dhanas", the currency of the "Republic of the Earth", (Resolution 14551 of 11 May 2004). It had previously suspended the activity for 90 days as a precautionary measure (see Consob Informs 7/2004).
