Banca Insieme

Pursuant to article 99.1b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, Consob has prohibited the public offering of shares of Banca Insieme s.p.a. , a new bank currently being established (Resolution no. 14993 of 21 April 2005). The Commission had previously suspended the offer for ninety days as a precautionary measure (see Consob Informs no. 17/2005).
