Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Caserta

Pursuant to art. 99, paragraph 1, letter b) of the TUF, the Consob has prohibited the activity of solicitation for the purposes of investment in the shares of Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Caserta, which is in the process of formation, carried out by the relative organising committee, previously suspended for ninety days for precautionary purposes (see "Consob Informs" no. 49/2006).
