F.I.P. Finanzmarketing GmbH & Co. KG

Pursuant to Article 99.1b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, Consob has prohibited (Resolution no. 15094) the unauthorized public offering of financial products by F.I.P. Finanzmarketing GmbH & Co. KG. The Commission had previously suspended the offer for ninety days as a precautionary measure (see Consob Informs 14/2005).
