Berater Auto s.r.l.

Pursuant to Article 99.1b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, Consob has prohibited the unauthorized public offering of financial products by Berater Auto s.r.l. (Resolution no. 14936 of 8 March 2005). It had previously suspended the offer for ninety days as a precautionary measure in Resolution no. 14817 of 9 December 2005 (see Consob Informs 48/2004).
