Gucci Group n.v.

Consob, acting on the basis of Article 102.3b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, has annulled the operation consisting in the public offer for ordinary shares of Gucci Group N.V. , promoted by Pinault-Printemps-Redoute SA and being carried out via the Clearstream central securities depository (Resolution 14670 of 27 July 2004). It had previously suspended the offer for ninety days as a precautionary measure (see Consob Informs 18/2004).
