Prime Forestry Switzerland AG

Pursuant to Article 99.1b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, Consob has prohibited the unauthorized public offering of "purchase and service" contracts by Prime Forestry Switzerland AG. The Commission had previously suspended the offer for ninety days as a precautionary measure in Resolution no. 15208 of 2 November 2005 (see Consob Informs 44/2005).
