Warnings
Vandior inc. - Nano Money Corporation - Roberto Falischia
By resolutions 17068 and 17069 of 18 November 2009, Consob applied a suspension of 90 business days as a precautionary measure, pursuant to art. 99, subsection 1, paragraph b) of the Consolidated Law on Finance, on the public offering of standardised investment programmes by Evolution Vandior Incorporation and Nano Money Corporation due to infringement of art. 94 of said law. In addition, resolution no. 17070 of 18 November established, pursuant to art. 101, subsection 4, paragraph b) of the Consolidated Law on Finance and for presumed infringement of subsection 2 of that article, Consob applied a 90-day suspension on all advertising – also via the Internet – by Roberto Falischia regarding offerings by the aforementioned companies.
Based on Consob supervisory investigations, evidence obtained indicates that Vandior Corporation with declared headquarters in Panama, and Nano Money Corporation with declared headquarters in Hong Kong, are performing activities which essentially involve proposals to Italian investors, also via the Internet, of standardised investment programmes. Such activities further fuel grounds to suspect that a public offering of financial products is being implemented in infringement of art. 94 of the Consolidated Law on Finance, without prior publication of a prospectus. Hence the urgent nature of the measures, adopted pursuant to art. 99 of the Consolidated Law on Finance as mentioned above.
