Vandior Inc. - Nano Money Corp - Roberto Falischia

By resolutions 17166 and 17167 of 10 February 2010 and pursuant to art. 99, subsection 1, paragraph d) of the Consolidate Law on Finance, Consob has prohibited the public offering of standard investment programmes launched, respectively, by Vandior Incorporation and Nano Money Corporation in violation of art. 94 of said law.

In addition, resolution no. 17165 of 10 February established, pursuant to art. 101, subsection 4, paragraph b) of the Consolidated Law on Finance and for presumed infringement of subsection 2 of that article, Consob prohibited all advertising – also via the Internet – by Roberto Falischia regarding offerings by the aforementioned companies.

The activities in question had previously been subject to a 90-day suspension under resolutions 17068, 17069 and 17070 of 18 November 2009 (see "Consob Informa" no. 46/2009).
