High Yield Programme

By means of Resolution 17634 dated 1 February 2011, pursuant to Art. 99, section 1, lett. d) of the Consolidated Law on Finance, Consob prohibited the public offer activity concerning the acceptance of a "High Yield Programme", carried on by anyone, both through the use of electronic mailboxes and in any other form, for presumed infringement of Art. 94 of the said law.

The said activity had already been suspended provisionally for ninety days by means of Resolution No 17547 dated 3 November 2010 (see "Consob Informs" No 44/2010).
