The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob) reports that the company "4XCELLENT Ltd", with headquarters in Cyprus, Great Britain and Israel, is not authorised to provide investment services nor investment activities in Italy in any way and, therefore, not even through the website www.4xcellent.com.
