The Financial Services Authority (FSA), the British supervisory authority, reports that the companies Russell Merger Group (www.russell-mg.com), with declared headquarters in Tokyo, and Global Direct Equities (www.globaldirectequities.com), which has no connection with the authorised company Sec Global Direct Equities Llc (US Sec authorisation no. 8-65689), are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
