BP Holdings

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), the Belgian supervisory authority, reports that BP Holdings, with declared headquarters in Madrid and Hong Kong is offering investment services without the required authorisation.

The company has already been reported by the Swedish supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" No. 40/2012).
