Morgan Finch International - Macmillan Fine International - Mitchell Finch International

The Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), the Spanish supervisory authority, reports that the companies

- Morgan Finch International (www.morganfinch.net);

- Macmillan Fine International (www.macmillanfine.com);

- Mitchell Finch International (www.mitchellfinch.com), all with declared headquarters in Barcelona, and Alberto Gonzalez Aguinaga, are offering investment services without the required authorisation. The companies are also connected with Morgan Franklin Consultants sl (Alfred Mandel) and Martin Howard Associates sl.

Morgan Finch International and Macmillan Fine International have already been reported by the Spanish supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" no. 19/2009 and 19/2011). The company Mitchell Finch International has instead already been reported by the Danish authority (see "Consob Informs" no. 09/2010).
