Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian supervisory authority, reports that Integral Commodities Incorporated (www.integralcommodities.com), with declared headquarters in Berlin and Lear Capital Group (www.learcapitalgroup.com), with declared headquarters in Tokyo (also reported by the Swedish authority) are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
