Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian supervisory authority, reports that the companies Akaishi Global (www.akaishi-global.com), with declared headquarters in Tokyo, and Efg Associates (www.efg-associates.net), with declared headquarters in Hong Kong, are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
