Kaiser Young Associates - Financial Solution Blackstone 

The Central Bank of Ireland, Irish supervisory authority, reports that the companies Kaiser Young Associates and Financial Solution Blackstone, both with headquarters in Germany, are offering investment services without the required authorisation. Kaiser Young Associates has already been reported by the UK supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" no. 37/2012).
