BP Holding 

Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian supervisory authority, reports that the company BP Holding (http://bpholdings.com), with declared headquarters in Hong Kong, is offering investment services without the required authorisation. The company has already been reported by the Belgian authority (see "Consob Informs" No. 41/2012
