William Blake

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), the Belgian supervisory authority reports that William Blake, with declared headquarters in China, is offering investment services without the required authorisation. The company has already been reported by the Swedish supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" No. 41/2012).
