The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob) reports that the companies Finata Plc Inc, with declared headquarters in London (UK) and in Dover, Kent (UK), and Titan Invest Plc, with declared headquarters in Blackwater, Truro (UK) and New York (USA), are not authorized to provide investment services in Italy in any way.
