Bp Holdings

The Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), the Spanish supervisory authority, reports that the company Bp Holdings, with declared headquarters in Madrid, is not authorised to offer investment services in Spain. The company has already been reported by Swedish, Belgian and Norwegian supervisory authorities (see "Consob Informs" no. 40/2012, 41/2012 and 45/2012).
