The Financial Services Authority (FSA), the British supervisory authority, reports that the companies:
 

• Bankhurst Securities (www.bankhurst.co.uk), with declared headquarters in London;
• Litmus Capital Management Group (www.litmuscapitalgrp.com), with declared headquarters in New York;
• Genesis Transfer Group (www.genesistransfergroup.com), with declared headquarters in Zurich, are not authorised to offer investment services in the United Kingdom.

The company Litmus Capital Management Group has already been reported by FSA as well as the Swedish authority (see “Consob Informs” Nos. 4/2012 and 50/2012).
