Efg Associates and Lincoln Capital Partners

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), the Belgian supervisory authority reports that Efg Associates and Lincoln Capital Partners, both with declared headquarters in Hong Kong, are offering investment services without the required authorisation.

The company Efg Associates has already been reported by the Norwegian authority (see “Consob Informs” no. 44/2012).
