Park East Capital

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), the Belgian supervisory authority reports that Park East Capital, with declared headquarters in Tokyo, is offering investment services without the required authorisation. The company has already been reported by the Austrian supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" No. 46/2009).
