Daily Report sa

The Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), the Spanish supervisory authority, reports that the company Daily Report sa, with headquarters in Barcelona, is offering investment services without the required authorisation. José Sala Blazquez, David Lago Serra, Chalid Arrab, Juan Francisco Gallego Perez and Basil Invest ag appear to be connected with the company. The company was also reported by the same Spanish supervisory authority in 2006 (see "Consob Informs" No. 50/2006).
