The Malta Financial Services Authority (Mfsa), the Maltese supervisory authority, reports that CIB Malta Plc (http://www.cib-malta.eu) is offering investment services without the required authorisation. The company has already been reported by the Cypriot supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" No. 10/2012).
